Insurance Accepted

Our facility currently accepts the following types of coverage. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage.

  • Most major commercial insurance
  • HMO/PPO plans
  • Medicare
  • Workers compensation
  • Other government sponsored health coverage

Please call your surgeon’s office or your health or insurance plan to verify coverage information prior to scheduling your visit or procedure. Not all members participating in contracted networks have “in network” access. In network participation may change from time to time without prior notice. Independent providers (which could include, for example only, anesthesiologists, pathologists, advance practice professionals, and other independent providers of health care services) may deliver part of your care, and such providers may be considered out-of-network on your health or insurance plans even if the surgery center may be considered in network. If you desire additional information as to the providers who may be involved in providing your care, you can ask your surgeon (who may know some of the providers or provider groups who could be involved) or request a list of provider groups that have privileges or contract with the surgery center. This list is updated annually and is subject to change without prior notice.

Financial Options

CareCredit Credit Card

We accept the CareCredit credit card to help you finance your healthcare wants or needs. It can be used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses like deductibles and copays not covered by insurance.

  • CareCredit offers promotional financing on purchases of $200 or more.*

Seasonal Financing Plan

The Seasonal Financing Plan is a delayed auto-draft program offered in January and February to assist with the facility portion of your bill. This option is available to all patients covered by insurance products (excludes self-pay).

  • A valid checking account number, credit card or debit card must be provided
  • No payment for 60 days
  • Up to six months no-interest monthly payments​
